About Brandon K. Reed

I’ve spent over a decade helping healthcare organizations turn complex initiatives into stronger operational and business outcomes.

That work runs through three settings: transformation programs inside healthcare organizations, a professional community developing leaders across Arizona, and a leadership studio where I build the tools for that kind of clarity.

My experience spans revenue cycle, Epic implementation, enterprise applications, program management, training, readiness, and adoption across clinical and operational environments. I’ve worked from frontline training and application support through enterprise program management, giving me a practical understanding of how people, processes, technology, and operations have to come together for change to work.

How it connects

Three settings, one through-line — and each one led to the next: get clear on what matters, then build the structure that makes it real.

01

Inside organizations

Today, my work is increasingly centered on healthcare operations, transformation, and execution—bringing structure to complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies and risk, and helping teams move from strategy to implementation.

The same pattern shows up past the walls of any one organization: structure, alignment, follow-through.

02

Across a profession

Beyond my professional work, I serve as President of the NAHSE Arizona Chapter, where I work with our Executive Board to grow the organization’s network, develop healthcare leaders, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand our impact across Arizona.

Which points at the gap underneath all of it: most people carrying real responsibility have no dedicated space to examine their own direction.

03

Into a practice

I’m also the founder of ALIGN Leadership Lab, a leadership and ideas studio where I develop original content, frameworks, tools, and experiences around formation, alignment, career, leadership, and personal growth.

The through-line is the same in all three: people and teams do better work when they understand what matters and then act on it. ALIGN Leadership Lab is where I build the structure that makes that easier.

My leadership philosophy

CARE — Clarity. Accountability. Respect. Excellence.

C

Clarity creates alignment

People do their best work when they understand what matters, where they are going, and what is expected.

A

Accountability creates trust

Trust grows when people take ownership, follow through, and uphold standards in the work.

R

Respect creates safety and dignity

Healthy cultures are built when people are treated with professionalism, fairness, and dignity.

E

Excellence creates strong performance

High standards, consistency, and care in the work lead to stronger teams and better outcomes.

My leadership philosophy is rooted in clarity, accountability, respect, and excellence. I believe leaders are responsible for creating environments where people understand what matters, take ownership, treat others with dignity, and pursue high standards in the work.

CARE is both my leadership philosophy and my way of contributing to healthy team culture now. Even without formal authority, I can create clarity, model accountability, treat people with respect, and pursue excellence in how I work and collaborate.
